The La Gare restaurant is a continuation of the La Gare Brasserie, which has been considered the main representative of French cuisine in the Czech Republic since its establishment in 2009. It underwent a complete renovation at the beginning of 2019 and continues where the original brasserie began. Despite the complete transformation of the interior and kitchen and a menu expansion, we try to keep the original direction – casual dining, yet uncomplicated cuisine. Under the guidance of our chef Roman Rataj, we bring you a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of Prague 1.
