Made in Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery that is part of the GARE Restaurants group. You’ll find us in the heart of La Gare restaurant, where, in the basement, we create coffees with a clear origin, character and story.
We work exclusively with specialty coffee, knowing exactly where each coffee comes from — from the specific farm and region to the processing method. We select every bean with an emphasis on quality, transparency and a distinctive flavour profile.
Our philosophy is “custom roasting.” We believe that every café, restaurant and customer has their own idea of what the perfect cup of coffee should taste like. That’s why we first work with each client to define their individual flavour preferences — from sweetness, acidity and body to the overall character of the cup. We then select the right coffee and create a roasting profile tailored precisely to their preferences. Natural flavour and roasting tailored to the customer’s vision are what we stand for.
The result is more than just coffee. It is a personal product created to complement a specific concept, business or individual. In addition to the restaurants within the GARE Restaurants group, you can enjoy our coffee at many other locations across the Czech Republic.
